  • Max Occupancy is 80 with tables.

  • 3 day rental is from Friday-Sunday

  • Kitchen space includes: Refrigerator, Double sink, Counter space and electric. Not a cooking kitchen. 

  • Bring in your own food and drink

  • 9 tables and 90 chairs included

  • Includes a one night stay at The Village Loft (sleeps 8) located upstairs of the Venue.

  • Entertainment is permitted.
